Warehouse Operative

We are hiring for Picker/Packers on behalf of our fantastic client based in Hereford, for their night shift on an on-going basis. The client based in the Rotherwas industrial estate is a highly reputable brand within the area and can offer long prospects. The client is motivated to creating a working environment that promote individuality, embracing diversity and an inclusive culture.

As a Picker/Packer, you will be joining their fantastic team and will be a key member of the business, contributing to the continued success through precise order preparation, and stock rotation to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.

Duties to be undertaken by a Picking/Packing Operative:

• Picking and packing stock from order pick sheets
• Assist goods-in department where necessary, putting away stock into correct locations
• Partake in regular stock takes
• Prepare orders: high attention to detail
• Navigate internal systems for stock, location, and quantity of products
• General housekeeping of the warehouse

You will have the following skills and attributes:

• Good team player with the ability to work independently where required
• Excellent communication skills
• Keen eye for detail is essential to the smooth running of the operation
• Previous picker/packer experience beneficial

Shifts:

Monday, Wed, Friday- 7am-6pm/ Tue& Thursday 7am-6pm

Pay:

£25,000
