RE RECRUITMENT are looking for multiple warehouse operatives for our client based in Bishops Cleeve. You will join a well-established business supplying the area for over 20 years with specialised products.

You will join a team of warehouse operatives working the same shift in both goods in and dispatch. The company operates a wholesale and commercial use of specialised niche products within their chosen industry. As the company they are looking to appoint addional warehouse operators to join to meet with demands.

The work can be fairly labour intensive so looking for strong abled individuals and due to the nature of the products be able to read technical coded products and be well educated to understand the range of products on offer

The company will give you full training on handling, reading codes and manual handling on induction and continue to progress your career over length of service.

They are looking for someone they can train into senior warehouse operatives within the company – they company is family run so look after their own and promote from within.

The Role:

*Warehosue duties, stock in, goods in, stock count, logging products onto stock system

*Working as a team lifting heavy items

*Reading technical coded products / pick and pack for dispatch

The Person

*Looking for a stable career

*Fit and able to lift heavy products

*Wants responsibility / learn this niche market / progress career

*Ability to drive due to remote location

*Strong English written and reading skills

*Counterbalance or REACH FLT license advantageous not essential

Working times

Monday to Friday 8am-4pm

Optional Overtime / evening & Saturday mornings

Overtime paid @ £15.33 weekdays / £17.25 weekends

Salary banding

First 12 weeks – £11.50ph

12 weeks – 24 – £12ph

24 thereafter £12.40
