Are you looking for a new role in Production Management? Bring your skills and knowledge in Manufacturing in a supervisor position to a new challenge?

A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site & Workshop Supervisor to join the Service Team for a leading company based in Coleford.

This is currently being advertised as a permanent position on a full time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of on-site and service field engineers
Responsible for daily running of the workshop and site related work
Responsible for H&S requirements for on-site jobs and the engineers
Undertake annual appraisals and 1-2-1s, identifying any training requirements
Responsible for all machinery checks, safety checks and quality inspection of equipment.
Work effectively across different teams and departments in the business.
The ideal applicant will have:

HNC and relevant engineering apprenticeship and/or work-based experience
Extensive knowledge of site work, installation/removal techniques, site commissioning, fault finding and site projects
Previous leadership and management skills
Mix of skills within a shop-floor, site and office based activities.
Desirable: Iosh trained and/or ILM management training course
