My client based in Hereford are looking for an administrator to provide business support to the administrative team. This is a TEMPORARY position lasting up to 9 months initially with the possibility of it going permanent. Paying £8.91 – £9ph working 39 hours Monday to Friday within a dynamic, modern business this is a really great opportunity.

Role of an Administrator:

  • General Data input in Excel and other forms.
  • Dealing with customers enquiries via telephone and email.
  • Dealing with and responding to a high volume of emails.
  • General administrative duties.
  • Processing sales quotes and orders.

Skills and attributes required as an Administrator:

  • IT competent (data entry) is essential.
  • Great communication skills via email and telephone.
  • Organised.
  • Motivated and able to work individually or part of a team.
  • Able to use initiative.
