Aerospace Change Manager Role

In this role you will provide leadership to the Change & Configuration team responsible for:

– Providing electronic access to all drawings, documentation and data while ensuring access controls is in accordance with company policy, current legislation and any necessary licenses.

– Overseeing the management of company software, including updates and accessibility.

– Part Maintenance attributes in the ERP business system.

– Maintenance of the Engineering and Manufacturing BoMs on the ERP business system as a result of approved change requests.

– Management of the configuration tools, as well as providing necessary access in accordance with business requirements.

– The change process in relation to documentation from initiation through to implementation.

Ensuring all elements of Changes are complete to the required standard prior to change approval, to ensure risk and impact mitigation.

– The management of drawing and document change requests occur in a timely fashion and in accordance with the company procedures .

– Change management support to New Product Introduction (NPI) activities.

Aerospace Change Manager Experience

You will be used to operating at a similar level and have previous experience leading a team using metrics and KPIs to measure progress and be happy to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in with the rest of the team when required. You’ll enjoy working with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders across the business ensuring that your team are providing the support required and delivering expectations, you’ll have a pro-active approach and be able to identify and highlight any potential issues before they impact the business.

Salary circa £45K + package
