Cleaning Operative / Trainee Production Op

£9.52 + Temp to Perm + Shifts + 4ON4OFF + Holidays + Career Progression.

A family-owned business manufacturing business based in Winchcombe are looking for a permanent member of staff to join the team. The company manufacture advanced materials used in filtration, battery, and industrial applications.

The opportunity offers a genuine temp to perm opportunity with the company.

A successful candidate will join the housekeeping team involved in deep cleans and general work duties to a high standard with the view to training on production machines as you progress with the company.

The Role:

*Cleaning, stocking & supplying designated facility area (dusting, sweeping, mopping)

*Deep clean projects (air vents, ceiling vents)

*Shadowing experience production operatives, training on specialist machines

*Transit from cleaning team to production in the future

The Person:

*Previous manufacturing/ Production experience advantageous

*Evidence of working shift work (4on4off) inclusive of nights

*Has own transport.

*Due to health & safety – A Non-smoker

Shift pattern – 4 on 4 off.

2x days 6am till 6pm

2x nights 6pm till 6am

3-month temp to perm.

£9.52p/h PAYE + Holidays
