Are you a dynamic, service focused people manager looking for a new challenge?

An exciting opportunity for a customer service manager has arisen to manage a customer service team at a well-regarded organisation. The role is reporting directly into the head of operations and will be a varied position covering all aspects of service provision, team development, key projects and commercial/financial coordination.

You will be joining a rapidly growing, company and you will be working within a busy and fast paced environment.

The ideal applicant will have:

  • A proven track record of successfully leading a team
  • Strong communication skills coupled with excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship building skills
  • Be commercially astute with an understanding of operational business planning and strategy
  • Be adept at delivering and continuously improving high quality services
  • Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Be able to use own initiative and solve problems
  • Enthusiasm to take ownership over additional projects
  • Preferably have experience in the education sector, this role would suit an educational department head
  • Ideally be educated to degree level
