Credit Controller - IMMEDIATE AVILABLITY REQUIRED!

My prestigious client are looking to recruit a Credit Controller, due to increased orders. You will be a highly organised, self-motivated individual with the ability to build excellent working relationships both internally and externally. Offering a competitive salary of £10 per hour. 9am – 5pm Monday – Friday, Mitcheldean.  

 

THE ROLE:

  • Manage customer accounts successfully.
  • Build a rapport with customers / businesses who use their services.
  • Chase debt.
  • Ability to resolve problems and escalate to other departments if required to do so.
  • You will work closely with the sales and accounts department.
  • Daily admin,

 

KEY SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Excellent levels of customer service.
  • Ability to account manage successfully.
  • Confident telephone manner.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Computer literate.
