A fantastic opportunity is available for a self-motivated Customer Service Administrator to work for a prestigious company based in Hereford who operate on a national basis. The successful applicant will have a strong customer service background and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. This is a full time, permanent opportunity offering a fantastic starting salary of £19k-£21k DOE. 9am-5:30pm Monday – Friday.


To be selected for this position, you MUST be available to work immediately.



  • To manage all customer orders and ensure that they are processed.
  • To provide support and assistance to the External Sales Team.
  • You will work closely with the internal sales teams, managing orders and quotations.
  • To ensure all customer queries are resolved within an agreed time.
  • To liaise all account queries with the relevant member of staff.
  • To ensure the creation of reports for monitoring customer performance, contracts and product usage are carried out.
  • To solve warehouse and distribution queries with the relevant members of staff.



  • Demonstrated customer service experience. Both face to face and over the telephone.
  • Strong administrative skills.
  • Confident telephone manner.
  • Strong attention to detail i.e., data entry.
  • Excellent client management skills.
