 R.E are proud to be in partnership with a fantastic organisation who has a Customer Assistant/Co-ordinator Role in Upton Upon Severn. Our client is committed to providing the highest levels of quality and service to build lasting business relationships.

The company is structured to provide the very best customer care and ensure complete project management. From initial enquiry through to quotation, order input, manufacturing, post-installation and back up, each process is completed in strict accordance with BSI standards.

 

 Role and Responsibility

  • Processing all customer enquiries and orders in an accurate, professional and timely manner in accordance with the company KPI’s.
  • Dealing with a volume of calls and emails.
  • Proactively working with operational areas to provide customers with proactive communication and accurate delivery timescales by phone and email.
  • To action any other reasonable request from the Department Manager or member of the Senior Leadership Team and assist the team as applicable.
  • To undertake such other duties, Projects, training and/or hours of work as may be reasonably required, and which are consistent with the general level of responsibility of the job.

Essential Requirements

  • A can doattitude, able to take full ownership for solving issues
  • A flexible approach
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
  • Taking accountability for solving issues relative to responsibilities
