My client is seeking a professional Customer Service Advisor, to join a superb customer services team based in Gloucester. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to be part of a growing business. Offering, opportunity for career development. This a full time, permanent position, with a superb starting salary of £22,500 – £24,500. Working 08:30 – 17:30 with 1 in every 3 Saturdays 08:30 – 12:30 eventually going to 1 in 4.
The role of a Customer Service Advisor:
- Being an engaging face for customers in the dealership.
- Highly organised on a daily basis.
- Book appointments in with customers.
- Deliver exceptional levels of service always, over the both the telephone, face to face and via email.
- Making pre-calls to ensure customers are aware of upcoming appointments.
- Making post calls to ensure customers had an exceptional guest experience.
Skills and attributes of a Customer Service Advisor:
- Computer literate.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- A passion for delivering exceptional levels of customer service.
- Outgoing and friendly personality.
- Excellent administration skills.
- Confident with managing customer expectations either over the telephone or face to face.
