Customer Service Advisor – IMMEDIATE START

A global organisation are looking to appoint personable individuals in their customer service team. You will be working for a company renowned for having a fantastic culture. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer service adviser to work within a prestigious organisation. You will be responsible for responding to queries both via email and over the phone. You will be working on a rotating shift pattern to include every other weekend. This is initially a 3 month fixed term contract with the potential to become extended or become permanent
The ideal applicant will have:
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
-Previous customer service adviser/contact centre/call centre/insurance or sales experience, although this is not essential
-Be educated to GCSE Maths and English grade C and above
-Active listening skills
-Good attention to detail
-Be self motivated and enthusiastic
-Computer literate with the ability to pick us systems quickly
-Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
