Seeking to hire a Customer Support Manager, within the tech industry. This is a brand-new role to the business, due to extensive growth. You will be a great people person, possess excellent management skills, and have a SaaS background.
You will require a passion for technology and be a challenge driven individual, with the ability to work within a fast-paced environment.

THE ROLE:
- Leading and growing a customer support and technical support team.
- Planning and implementing customer support strategy, whilst leading by example, providing exceptional customer service.
- Assembling a more comprehensive team, to also include technical support, documentation writers and building out of our remote and out of hours capability.
- Coaching and developing the team.
SKILLS AND ATTRIBTUES REQUIRED:
- 5+ years’ experience management experience.
- B2B experience.
- Ability to deliver exceptional levels of customer experience.
- You have a strong ability to learn quickly and to teach others to continuously improve your team’s output.
- Excellent written and verbal communications.
- Strong attention to detail, alongside the ability & willingness to work pragmatically.
