Finance Administrator

– Temp to perm – Immediate start available

– Stonehouse – office based

– 30 hours or 37.5 hours

-£12-14 per hour DOE

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a finance administrator/finance assistant/accounts administrator to join a leading organisation within the accounts department as part of a friendly team. This is either part time 30 hours per week or full time and is initially temporary paid weekly, but will become permanent for the right individual.

Main Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Matching Delivery notes, Purchase orders & invoices
• Booking in goods
• Listing invoices onto spreadsheet
• Posting invoices on Sage 50 Accounts
• Update Sales quotes information on Database for Managing Director
• Timesheets
• Input hours (overtime & flexi on Spreadsheet) and allocate to jobs
• Input data on Working Time Directive spreadsheet
• Monthly – Collating receipts for Credit cards, matching data to statement & inputting information into spreadsheet to journal.
• Posting additional expenses charged to jobs onto Sage 50

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience within a similar finance or accounts assistant position
• Experience with accounting systems (Sage advantageous) with proficiency in MS Excel
• An enthusiastic approach to work
• Excellent numerical ability
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload
