Support the implementation, designing and developing of fast and reliable solutions, and providing guidance on technical issues.


Key Responsibilities

Management responsibilities:

· Provide motivation, training, coaching and support to fully develop your team

· Strong performance in onboarding, performance management, absence management, induction and probations

· Decision making in areas of recruitment and resource management

· Build open and trusting communications with the team and your colleagues

Task responsibilities:

· Oversee and improve the systems development lifecycle processes – requirements gathering, development, quality assurance, documentation, etc.

· Support improvements to design for the Company website; Maintain, monitor, and revise ongoing web publishing processes and procedures

· Identify, articulate and manage project risks and issues, and drive project risks and issues through to resolution using project management methodology

· Diverse understanding of various add-ons, plug-ins, and sales enablement tools/forms that merge with the websites

· Overseeing the design and development of front-end and back-end web architecture.

· Staying up-to-date with industry developments.


Skills Required

· At least 2 years’ experience in a management role within in the last 5 years

· Agile and adaptable allowing for multi-tasking and simultaneous projects

· Knowledge and an understanding of web or app-based development and applications, with an emphasis on PHP7, Laravel, MySQL, HTML, Git

· Knowledge of google core vitals / site assessment criteria preferable

· Goal orientated handling pressured situations

· Accepts responsibility and accountability for team performance

· Self-motivated and motivational to the team

· Confident in decision making

· Able to overcome obstacles and disputes

· Consistent and approachable
