My client, a highly regarded national organisation are looking for an interim HR Administrator to join the team. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a forward-thinking organisation within a pivotal role and a fast-paced environment.

The Role

  • Providing HR administrative support to managers in the business and the HR team
  • Set up and maintain personnel filing systems and database
  • Responsible for the day-to-day management of Employee life cycle documentation and processes
  • Assist in the recruitment and selection process, liaising with line Managers, recruitment agencies and job boards
  • Support the HR Lead with HR administration i.e. creation of employee files and letters, employment contracts, new starter onboarding and orientation and exit interviews
  • Create and run reports

The person

  • Previous HR administration experience
  • Excellent communication skills, friendly and approachable
  • Ability to communicate at all levels
  • Ideally be CIPD qualified (level 3, or working towards)
  • Good IT skills with Microsoft proficiency
  • Ability to prioritise your workload to meet deadlines
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Be self motivated with ability to take ownership of workload
