Due to exceptional growth, my client are looking to recruit a HR Manager to join their modern, dynamic business. This is a truly exceptional opportunity for someone who is looking to join a forward thinking, people focused organisation. The successful applicant will have at least 5 years HR experience.   • Ability to liaise with all departments from: Board Level through to Customer Service Finance, Sales and Warehouse.
  • Regular communication with their other sites.
  • You will be the main point of contact for recruitment, managing the process from start to finish.
  • Provide a consultative, wider view on the business.
  • Provide comprehensive HR services to the key stakeholders and employees.
  • The day-to-day performance management guidance to line management.
  • Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.
  • Provide advice and coaching to managers on all employee matters including, organisational development, performance reviews, compensation and benefits, employee relations, etc
  • Running Induction with new starters.
  • Maintaining in-depth knowledge of the UK employment law requirements related to day-to-day management of employees and ensuring regulatory compliance.


  • CIPD Level 5 or 7.
  • Ethical and forward-thinking individual.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • At least 5+ years’ experience in a similar HR position.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships and credibility at all levels within the company.
  • Ability to think strategically and translate business needs into a people strategy.
