Do you have previous customer service or call centre experience?

My client, a prestigious, international organisation, are looking to appoint personable and motivated individuals in their customer service team. You will be working in a friendly and lively team within a fun office. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer service adviser to work within a well-regarded organisation.

The ideal applicant will have:

-Previous customer service adviser/contact centre/call centre or sales experience

-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

-Active listening skills

-Good attention to detail

-Be self motivated and enthusiastic

-Computer literate with the ability to pick us systems quickly

-Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

-Be educated to A level standard and GCSE Maths and English grade C and above
