I am looking for a Junior Sous Chef for a busy Hotel, Restaurant and Events business just outside of Stroud. My client is paying up to £26,000 per annum plus TRONC based on a 45 hour week. This is a beautiful Hotel which has 28 bedrooms, large event space and offers fresh food all day from Breakfast to Dinner. This business is great is due a big refurbishment at the beginning of next year.

Must have’s for this Junior Sous Chef position:

  • Experience working in a fresh food kitchen
  • Capable of covering all sections
  • Be able to drive due to location
  • Desire to grow with an established group
