Job Description: Parts Advisor.
Due to the current levels of customer demand at one of Gloucester’s most well-established motor companies, they are looking to grow their Service, Parts and Technical team. They are looking for someone to manage the customer experience from start to finish, ensuring a prompt, friendly and accurate service. As a parts advisor you’ll be an integral part of the team working 08:30am – 5:30pm Monday to Friday then 1 in 3 Saturdays 08:30am – 12:30pm. A fantastic salary of £22,000 DOE with an OTE of £29,000
Roles and Responsibilities of a Parts Advisor:
- Receiving parts into stock
- Booking of parts to workshop jobs
- Maintaining stock levels and dealing with retail customers
- Ensure our pricing structures are kept up-to-date.
- Stock control is always secure and well maintained.
- First point of contact both face to face and over the telephone.
Skills and Attributes of a Parts Advisor:
- Need a positive and engaging personality.
- Be able to manage multiple work streams against strict deadlines.
- Genuinely enjoy working with people.
- Fantastic customer service skills.
- 1 years within the motor industry preferable but not essential.
