My prestigious client are looking to hire an Operations Coordinator to join their dynamic team in Cheltenham. You will have strong communication and administration skills. Offering a starting salary of £20,000 – £25,000 plus fantastic career progression and great benefits as detailed below.
THE ROLE:
• Prepare and check the final documentation for any errors or changes
• Prepare detailed documentation for tours
• Respond to customer service enquiries
• Communicate with suppliers and clients
• Assist the finance department with invoice queries
• Prepare invoices to agents and ensure all necessary payments have been received on time
• Log information feedback onto the system from tours
SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:
• Strong communication skills
• Experience working in an office environment
• Good level of geographical and general knowledge of Europe
• Knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Basic mathematical understanding
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
• A willingness to develop relationships with key suppliers
• One other European language (Spanish and Portuguese) – desirable
