Payroll Administrator



Monday – Friday – Full Time

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a payroll administrator to join a well-established, global business. This role will suit a numerical individual with previous experience in payroll.

Main Duties and Responsibilities include:

  • Assist with end-to-end payroll processing
  • Processing statutory payments
  • Maintaining payroll records and ensuring processes and procedures follow current regulations
  • Ensure accurate data entry
  • Respond to any payroll queries
  •  Support the wider payroll team in payroll processes

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience of working with payroll, including experience of the end-to-end process
  • Understanding of payroll legislation
  • Strong IT skills, particularly an excellent working knowledge of Excel
  • Excellent numeracy skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload
