Production Operatives.

£9.52 p/h + 4ON4OFF + Temp to Perm + Holidays + Pensions + Successful growing business.

A family-owned manufacturing company based in Winchcombe Cheltenham are looking for permanent production staff to join their team of operatives. The company manufacture advanced materials used in filtration, battery, and industrial applications.

The opportunity offers a genuine temp to perm opportunity with the company.

A successful applicate will join a well-established team of operatives. Your first 3 months will be focused on shadowing an experienced member of the team training on specialist purpose machinery with the view to progressing to operate machines on your own.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate good understanding of production/manufacturing processes, a stable working career and previous experience of working shifts.

The role:

*Operating of special purpose machinery.

*Completed small to medium batch work.

*Checking and testing finished products.

*Regular quality checks on products

The Person:

*Previous experience of manufacturing / production experience

*Evidence of working shifts at previous employment

*Adapt to repetitive work.

*Has own transport.

Shift Pattern – 4 on 4 off

2 x days – 6am till 6pm

2 x nights – 6pm till 6am

3 months Temp to Perm

£9.52p/h PAYE + Holidays + Weekly pay
