Property Management – Lettings

Due to continued growth of our client’s established and heavily successful business, we are looking for an experienced property manager to join their ranks in Cheltenham. Our client value the fundamentals of excellent customer service and is looking to expand these values even further as they grow. This is a full time, permanent position. Employment Timings:

Monday – Friday (9.00am – 6.00pm)

1 Saturday in every 3 (9:30am – 1:30pm)

Requirements for a role:

 

  • A year of residential property management experience is essential (preferably lettings).
  • To be able to work as part of a fun and welcoming team.
  • An excellent focus on customer service.
  • Reapit CRM experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Computer knowledge and ability to adapt to new software
  • To build and maintain strong client relationships with all clients, tenants and contractors.
  • Full, UK driving license is preferred.
