Receptionist/Admin Assistant
Full or Part time Hours considered (must be 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.)
We are looking to recruit a Receptionist/ Admin Assistant. The purpose of this role is to provide a prompt and accurate front of house service, whilst creating a polite and welcoming environment for all visitors to the building. In addition, the role includes basic accounting and administrative support.
Your new role
Prepare and send invoices
Provide front of house reception cover
Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
Direct visitors to the appropriate person and meeting room
Offer refreshments to visitors where appropriate
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
Ensure the reception area, meeting rooms and office space stay in pristine condition
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
Log received documents
Ensure the office, meeting rooms and kitchen are fully stocked with supplies
Order office stationery
Monitor and maintain office equipment
What you’ll need to succeed
Accurate with attention to detail
Cheerful, professional and well presented
Experience within Reception/Administration
Well-spoken with excellent telephone manner
Must be organised and have reasonable IT competence
