About the role

Our client is currently seeking an experienced Administrator to join their maintenance team. In this key role you will deliver an effective administration service to support and enable the organisation to meet its objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deal with all aspects of repairs administration
• Raise and update works orders
• Carry out job completions and further visits request when required
• Complete tasks within the tasking system on internal database
• Assist team leaders with vehicle management administration
• Arrange scaffolding inspections
• Liaison with customers regarding appointments
• To deal courteously with tenants, members of the public, colleagues and other members of staff always and assist in resolving their complaints

About you

To be successful in this role you must:
• Demonstrable experience in an administrative role
• Be able to access and effectively use IT systems
• Experienced in delivering a high standard of customer service
• Able to direct, prioritise and manage own work loads
• Able to contribute effectively to the wider team
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Works accurately and methodically
