Sales Office Administrator

My Client based in Gloucester are looking for someone with IMMEDIATE availability to join the sales team in a Sales Office Administrator position. This role will be working 40 hours per week Mon – Friday and paying a superb salary of £10ph based in Gloucester. This is a temporary position with ongoing work ranging from 6-12 months and the possibility of going permanent for the right candidate.

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer enquiries over the phone, by email and face to face
  • Take and process customer orders and payments
  • Raise orders/invoices and deal with paperwork
  • Check stock
  • Organise deliveries
  • Provide after-sales support

 

Skills and Attributes:

  • Customer service skills
  • Persistence and determination.
  • Work well together in a team and work well under pressure
  • Competent on Microsoft Office.
  • Working knowledge of Unleashed/Xero Inventory/Accounting Software (ideal but not essential).
