My client requires an enthusiastic and experienced full-time secretary to join them on a temporary to permanent basis for their highly reputable legal practice. They are looking for someone with accurate typing/audio typing skills, a good telephone manner and the ability to deal with clients.

Contract type: Temporary –Permanent after a 13 week period – for the right candidate 

Salary: £12.25 rising to £12.50 once permanent 

Shift pattern: Monday to Friday 0900am – 1700pm

Experience required: Previous experience in Admin / Secretary

Duties are to include the following;

• Opening new files

• Drafting and preparing court documents

• Preparation of court bundles

• Diary management

• Dealing with correspondence

• Audio dictation

• Dealing with telephone and email enquiries

• Demonstrate a high standard professional approach to clients

• Great attention to detail

• Polished telephone manner

• Highly organised

In return the client is looking for an ambitious individual who has strong administration skills, with the potential of gaining a permanent role within the company. They want someone who has previous administration experience
