Spanish Customer Service Administrator

-8.30am-5pm, Monday-Friday

A great opportunity for a bilingual Spanish speaking graduate to work within an international organisation has become available.

This is a varied role with the opportunity for you to become a specialist within your area whilst working in a friendly and dynamic office.  You will provide key administrative support, answer queries received from around the world in writing and over the telephone. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded organisation with multiple career progression opportunities and the possibility of international travel.

Responsibilities:

-Processing customer enquiries providing excellent service within expected timeframes

-Work on a variety of different projects and assist in training delivery

-Provide general administrative support

-Develop strong working knowledge of your specialist area

-Occasional opportunities to represent the company at external events

The ideal applicant will have:

-A Bachelor, Postgraduate, or Masters degree from a UK degree

-Fluent verbal and written language skills in English and Spanish

-Meticulous attention to detail and ability to organise time effectively

-Excellent team working skills

-Excellent customer service skills

-Experience of working in a busy office based environment is advantageous

-Flexible and adaptable with a positive attitude

-Professional, courteous

-Ability to thrive and remain calm, polite and patient under pressure
