RE Recruitment is celebrating 20 years of trading in 2021 and is focused on exceeding customer expectations. We are seeking a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to help deliver our clients requirements and to develop new business.
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for meeting sales targets and achieving strong rapport with new and existing clients.
In this fast paced role you will be working in a close knit team and will have an agility to adapt focus on differing tasks. Recruitment is a job where no two days are the same and where even the best plans can need to change multiple times daily.
Your experience
We are seeking individuals with previous experience within a sales environment with experience of B2B sales desirable but not essential.
A knowledge of Engineering, Technical, IT or Commercial organisations and job roles would be beneficial but can be trained if necessary.
The Trainee Recruitment Consultant should be highly organised with strong attention to detail.
You will need a high level of computer literacy and will be need to be comfortable with a range of software.
All relevant training will be provided.
