Contract: Full Time 40 hours
Salary: £25,000
Shift Pattern: Mixture of the DAYS AND NIGHTS- You MUST be available to all shift requirements to be considered **cannot accept a candidate that can only do Days or Nights**
Shift Times 07:30-19:30 Days and 19:30-07:30 Nights
Rota: 3 on 3 off rota pattern

R.E Recruitment Recruitment are thrilled to be supporting with the recruiting of an exciting and transitional role of a Transitional Support Officer in the heart of Gloucester.
The environment is the first facility of its kind in the country working in collaboration with Gloucestershire Council Flagship Team.
This service is a semi-independent setting for young adults aged 16-25 and covers specialist support to care leavers, to give them the very best stepping stone to a brighter future. As well as professional support to young people who need help at a time of crisis.
Roles and Responsibilities
You will be responsible Managing a small team of four, you will play a key part in the delivery of bespoke services to support young people residing at the service and living in the Gloucestershire area.
Essential
- Be passionate about supporting young people to succeed
- Have experience of working with or supporting young people
- Hours of work: 40 hours per week, Monday to Sunday on a roster basis, including night shifts, flexible to meet business needs.
- As the service operates 24 hours, 7 days a week flexibility is expected to respond to and support with urgent, unplanned events and contingencies
Additional Requirements
- All successful candidates will be subject to an enhanced vetting process in line with safer recruitment, which include a DBS check, Right to Work checks and reference checks.
- Full UK driving licence required
