Challenges

Müllers site in Droitwich have a number of season peaks throughout the year, everything from single shift cover at often very short notice to long-term high volume peaks during Christmas and the Summer.  During 2014, Müller were looking for a recruitment partner that could deliver on both of these requirements whilst maintaining a high quality calibre of candidate.

  • Produced and published a dual-branded marketing campaign to attract multi-lingual staff and warehouse operatives
  • Job adverts are produced on all job boards outlining all the specific details the roles require
  • Implementation of telephone based and company specific pre-screen recruitment process
  • Candidates are invited for a formal interview and if successful will carry out  the completion
  • Full right to work checks are carried out
  • Onboarding process implemented to include a fully- inclusive Müller induction programme along with Maths and English tests to ensure consistency and a high-calibre of skill-set.
  • Ongoing operational support to new starters
  • RE manages the ongoing compliance and pay-roll process on behalf of Müller for existing candidates.
