James has 21 years of recruitment experience and joined RE 18 years ago. Remaining calm in high pressure environments has enabled James to make rational decisions to achieve the best outcomes. Since being at RE James has learnt to thrive in the recruitment sector by thinking ahead and adapting to the changing market conditions. James enjoys finding solutions to challenging recruitment needs for clients.
In his spare time, James enjoys spending time with his children, taking part in outdoor sports and going to the horse races.

With just under 20 years of recruitment experience, Mark has gained knowledge and expertise in multiple recruitment disciplines. The flexibility of RE allows him to use his innovative approach to structure solutions to challenges. He has found many opportunities for the company to grow and has recently expanded our overseas division. Since being at RE he has broadened his experience and client base which now includes C suite executives as well as the occasional farmer or grower.
Outside of work he likes to spend time with his family, and he plays hockey, representing Wales O45 level in both a World Cup and European Championships.

With over 20 years of recruitment, management and training experience, Lucy works with the executive board to practice her coaching techniques and help embed a coaching culture within the organisation. She is passionate about bringing on consultants with no experience and supporting them to become successful in their careers, and since November she has been studying for her Level 7 Executive Coaching Qualification.
Aside from work she enjoys trail running and spending time with her three sons.

With an Advance Certificate in Business Compliance, Emilia heads up the compliance team that supports RE Recruitment & Safehands Recruitment. Emilia has extensive knowledge and official training on the GLAA Licensing Standards by ALP, Tackling Modern Slavery in UK businesses by Stronger Together, as well as Investigative Interviewing Skills by GLAA representatives. Emilia’s experience is also backed by a BTEC L3 Diploma in Business and Administration, Bachelor degree in Marketing and Management and Masters in General Management. In her spare time, Emilia likes to read crime books and runs regularly.
