Challenges
Higher demands of staff
During peak periods, Superdry’s need for higher that normal volumes of staff in the Call centre, Warehouse and Logistics teams, meant they were relying on multiple agencies with varying results as to the suitability of candidates.
Being on the preferred suppliers list for UK Naric and having a large pool of multi-lingual candidates available, RE Recruitment were able to assist in the recruitment of native speakers for the Customer Service Operation, for Superdry’s upcoming peak period, located at their head office in Cheltenham.

Dual-branded marketing campaign
Produced and published a dual-branded marketing campaign to attract multi-lingual staff, customer services staff and warehouse operatives. This was promoted to the surrounding areas and social media groups.
Pre-screen recruitment process
Implementation of pre-screen recruitment process including Maths and English tests and where applicable, foreign language tests, so that candidates could start immediately.
Multi-lingual customer services staff
Deployment of 16 highly skilled, multi-lingual customer services staff into a team with challenging SLAs.
Specialist billing procedures
Our finance team provided specialist billing procedures for the various business segments.

Supplier of choice
RE are now the supplier of choice for the Commercial operation of the business and due to the success of this project we were asked to support the Finance and Supply Chain teams with their ongoing recruitment, demonstrating a strong, long term partnership with Superdry.
Superdry often have previous temporary staff members returning to work for them for seasonal peaks, RE manages the ongoing compliance and pay-roll process on behalf of Superdry for these temporary staff.
Superdry have also recommended us to other partner organisations to assist with their recruitment and we regularly get invited to the Superdry friends and family events.
