Our client, a dynamic and growing organisation within the Sports, Hospitality & Events industry, based in Stroud, has an exciting new opportunity for a Food & Beverage Assistant to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis due to continued growth and increased demand across their catering and hospitality operations.
 
This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Food & Beverage Assistant to join a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. Working closely with the Food & Beverage Manager and wider hospitality team, the successful Food & Beverage Assistant will play a key role in delivering exceptional service across bars, hospitality suites, catering outlets and high-profile events.

The successful Food & Beverage Assistant should have:
·Previous experience within a food and beverage, hospitality, catering or customer service environment
·Excellent customer service and communication skills
·A positive, proactive attitude with the ability to work on their own initiative
·Basic knowledge of food hygiene and food safety practices
·Strong organisational skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
·Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, public holidays and matchdays
·A passion for delivering exceptional visitor and customer experiences
·A commitment to sustainability, equality, diversity and inclusion
·A full clean driving licence

Our client is offering the successful Food & Beverage Assistant a salary in the region of £27,900 - £29,100 depending on experience, plus a fantastic benefits package including:

This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week, typically Monday to Saturday. Working hours are generally 9:00am to 5:00pm, although flexibility is required to support matchdays, evening functions, special events and the busy football calendar.
 
Please note: This role is subject to a background check and DBS check prior to employment commencing. A full clean driving licence is required, and a high degree of flexibility is essential to accommodate the demands of the football calendar, including evening and weekend working.
