Part-Time Commercial Cleaner

Our client, a growing business within the cleaning services sector operating across Gloucestershire, is looking to recruit a Commercial Cleaner on a part-time, temporary-to-permanent basis due to continued business growth. The successful candidate will work across a range of customer sites, including Airbnb properties, wedding venues, and guest accommodation, ensuring they are presented to the highest standards for guests and visitors.

The Successful Commercial Cleaner Should Have:
·Previous commercial or domestic cleaning experience would be advantageous, although full training can be provided.
·A full UK driving licence and access to their own vehicle, as some client sites are located in rural areas and are not accessible via public transport.
·The ability to work independently and use their own initiative to complete tasks to a high standard.
·A flexible approach to work, with availability to work alternate weekends and accommodate occasional changes to schedules based on client requirements.
·Excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently when preparing properties and venues within tight turnaround times.
·A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.

In This Role, the Commercial Cleaner Will Be Responsible For:
·Cleaning and preparing Airbnb properties, wedding venues, and guest accommodation to a high standard.
·Completing changeover cleans between guest stays, ensuring properties are guest-ready within agreed time frames.
·Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and communal areas, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitising.
·Changing bedding, replenishing towels, and restocking consumable items where required.
·Conducting routine property checks and reporting any maintenance issues or damage.
·Managing workloads effectively to meet deadlines and changing client requirements.
·Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and professionalism at all times.
 
Our client is offering the successful Commercial Cleaner an hourly rate of £13 per hour, plus benefits including holiday pay and paid travel time between venues. Upon completion of the temporary period, salary reviews will be completed upon coming a permanent member of staff.
