Property Coordinator

Our client, a well-established and family-run property business with an excellent reputation across Gloucestershire, based in Cheltenham, has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service & Property Coordinator to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis due to continued business growth.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and personable individual looking to develop their career within a successful property business. Previous property or lettings experience is not essential – our client is open to candidates from a range of backgrounds, including business support, administration, office management, customer service or coordination roles. The key requirements are excellent communication skills, strong organisation and a proactive approach.

The successful Customer Service & Property Coordinator should have:

• Excellent communication skills with the confidence to build relationships with customers, clients and colleagues.
• Strong organisational and administrative abilities with excellent attention to detail.
• A professional and friendly approach when dealing with a variety of people.
• A proactive attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• A full UK driving licence (essential for the role).

In this role, the Customer Service & Property Coordinator will be responsible for:

• Supporting the coordination of property viewings and assisting with showcasing residential properties.
• Liaising with tenants, landlords and customers to arrange appointments and provide updates.
• Maintaining accurate records across internal systems and ensuring information remains up to date.
• Supporting customer engagement, relationship building and business development activities.
• Providing general administration and coordination support to the wider team.

Our client is offering the successful Customer Service & Property Coordinator a salary in the region of £29,000 plus benefits including company pension, annual bonus scheme, generous holiday allowance, onsite parking, excellent progression opportunities and a Monday to Friday working pattern with no weekend work.
