Job Opportunity: Experienced Administrator (Permanent Position)

Our client is urgently seeking a skilled Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. This role offers flexible working hours.

They are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual with strong organizational skills and a professional telephone manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming calls and providing excellent customer service
  • Managing diaries and scheduling appointments
  • Processing invoices and performing data entry
  • Supporting customers with a positive and helpful approach

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in administration or office-based customer service
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
