Client Services Executive

Client Services Executive (12-Month FTC)

Join our Litigation group as a Client Services Executive (CSE) in a dynamic 12-month fixed-term role. Ideal candidates will be experienced Legal Secretaries or strong PAs from a similar industry.

  • Salary: Up to £32,000.
  • Team: Internal Client Services 

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Coordination: Manage client projects, prepare pitches, and improve processes.
  • Client Relationships: Maintain CRM accuracy, arrange meetings, and support client care.
  • Communication: Handle queries, liaise with teams, and manage absences.
  • Financial Tasks: Assist with billing, expenses, and generating reports.
  • Administration: Oversee diary management, travel bookings, and file maintenance.

Requirements

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Experience as a Legal Secretary or similar role.
  • Familiarity with Practice Management systems.
