The Role

Provide administrative support to fee earners including file-opening, telephone management, audiotyping, filing/ archiving, photocopying, email management, and dealing with post.
Liaise with clients
Draft documents and letters under supervision
Diary Management

The person

Relevant experience within a secretary/administrative experience
Excellent typing / audio typing /dictation ability
Meticulous attention to detail
Good organisational skills
Strong communication skills
