Radiology Booking Officer

Our client is looking for a Bookings Officer in their radiology department of St Richards Hospital, Chichester. This is a temporary booking for 8 weeks, full-time Monday-Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm.

The Bookings Officer will:

• Book patients in for appointments via telephone
• Compose and send letters to confirm radiology appointments
• Maintain accurate records and filing systems
• Handle inbound enquiries over the telephone, directing patients appropriately

We are looking for a Bookings Officer with:

• A standard DBS certificate (essential)
• Experience in an administrative role, ideally within NHS or healthcare
• An excellent telephone manner
• Attention to detail and pride in their work
• Strong IT skills
