About the Role
Our well-established client is looking for a skilled Refrigeration Engineer to join the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing, repairing, and installing bulk tanks and associated cooling equipment to meet both manufacturer and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out servicing, installations, and repairs of bulk tanks and cooling equipment.
• Ensure all work complies with legislation and customer requirements.
• Complete all necessary records, including job sheets, timesheets, and advice notes.
• Respond promptly to requests for information and assistance.
• Represent business professionally in all internal and external interactions.
• Perform additional duties as requested by management.

Person Specification:

• Time-served engineer through apprenticeship or formal Electrical/Mechanical engineering qualifications.
• Electrical & Mechanical experience.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Good IT skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Time-served refrigeration engineer with F-gas qualifications.
• Dairy and/or refrigeration experience.
• Pipe fitting skills (stainless/copper/PVC).
• Stainless steel welding ability.
• Clean driving licence.

• Willingness to work beyond core hours when required, including participation in the on-call rota.
