Bishops Cleeve –fulltime –Permanent – Salary£24,414 + Overtime

Working Hours: Monday-Friday 8-16:30. 1 hour lunch.

Our client is looking for a Refurb Technician to join them on theirCheltenhamsite.

The Role:

• Carry out a variety of repairs/refurbishment of Portable Kitchen Units including roofing, flooring, carpentry, wall skinning, painting and maintenance.
• Other associated maintenance works required to doors, windows, hatches, drainpipes, vents and general structural works to Portable Buildings.
• Ensure documentation is complete
• Keep up to date with processes and H&S requirements
• Ensure work area is clean and tidy
• Support other departments as required/Line manager requests

The Person:

• ‘Hands-On’, can do attitude, good communicator
• Carpentry experience, plumbing experience, General maintenance experience
• Good communicator. Act calmly under pressure –There is a support team to assist
• Strong attention to detail.
• Always dispose of waste materials correctly, maximise recycling opportunities.
• Minimise waste of water, gas, electricity– good practice.
• Eligible for CRB/DBS clearance.
• Maintain valid site certification. CSCS – Required
