Job Title: Sales and Lettings Negotiator
Location: Cirencester, Gloucestershire
Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum (Basic)
OTE: £35,000 realistic first-year earnings
Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent
Experience Required: 2–3 years in estate agency (sales and lettings)

What you’ll be doing:

• Conducting viewings and valuations, ensuring a professional and personable experience for clients

• Negotiating offers and progressing sales and lets through to completion

• Building lasting relationships with vendors, landlords, buyers, and tenants

• Assisting in marketing efforts, including social media and online property listings

• Ensuring compliance with all property legislation and company policies

What we’re looking for:

• 2–3 years of experience in a Sales or Lettings Negotiator role

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Confident, proactive, and highly organised

• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

• Strong local knowledge of the Cirencester and Cotswolds area (preferred)
