Assembly Operative

RE Recruitment have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Assembly Operative to join our prestigious client in Cheltenham.

Our client is a market-leading manufacturer, with an excellent reputation for development opportunities in an engaging environment.

This is a Day shift Assembly Operative role, in a clean and fast-paced setting.

Basic hours: 37 hours per week

Working hours: Monday – Thursday 07.30 – 16.00, Friday 07.30 – 12.30

Starting pay rate: £12.38 per hour + OT £16.47 – £18.57 per hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintaining accuracy and pace when assembling products
  • Use of basic tools (training provided)
  • Checking and testing finished products
  • Packing of finished goods
  • Working as an individual and as a team to meet productivity levels
  • Adherence to health & safety policies
