My client Is looking for a CNC Turnerthat can set, operate and program CNC Lathes machines online in a production environment, ensuring the top quality within given timescale. To be considered you must have programming skills.

The role:

• Set, operate and program CNC Lathes
• Self-inspect, including quality, cleaning, and de-burring.
• Create and edit Machining programs (on machine) – Fanuc controls
• Confidently interpret technical specifications and drawings
• Continually assess tool condition and maintain as necessary.
• Excellent attention to detail
• Team player with the ability to work using your own initiative.

The Person:

• Motivated, highly organised CNC machinist/Programmer – Fanuc.
• Experience working with Fanuc controlled CNC Machinery – 4 years minimum
• Experience using a variety of inspection equipment including verniers, callipers.
• Experience in production machining environment– Precision components
• Excellent attention to detail
• Computer literate, good numeracy, and literacy skills.
• Strong communicator
• Desirable –Aerospace experience (AS9100), experience with Mazak controls, Swiss Auto Experience.
