Our client based in Hereford is looking for operatives on a temporary to permanent basis.
 
The role involves working as a Food Production Operative in a fast-paced chilled environment, ensuring hygiene standards in short-life shelf products.
 
Duties include weighing, assembling, packing, labelling, and grading products, as well as manual handling, including lifting equipment up to 20kg.
 
Candidates should have basic English and numeracy skills, work well within a team, have attention to detail, and be flexible.
 
Experience in a production/manufacturing environment is not essential, as full training for the Food Production Operative role will be provided.
 

• Food Production Operative
• 40 hours per week
• Basic rate: £11.86 per hour
• Weekly payments
• Overtime available (£17.16 per hour)
• Monday – Friday
• Rotating shift pattern: 05:00-14:00 / 14:00-23:00 (including one hour of unpaid break)
