Production Operative – Stonehouse, GL10
£14.72/hour + Overtime (£18.32/h, Sundays £24.42/h)
40 hours per week | Rotating Shift Pattern | Immediate Start Available

RE Recruitment are proud to be working in partnership with PHINIA, a leading manufacturer, to recruit Production Operatives at their site in Stonehouse, Gloucestershire.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established company involved in the assembly and testing of fuel injectors used in engines across many major Large Goods Vehicle manufacturers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manual assembly of fuel injection units

• Operating test rigs and identifying any non-conformities

• Repetitive work involving small components

• Quality checking and testing of finished products

Shift Pattern:

You will work a rotating 3-shift pattern on a two-week rotation:

• Nights: Sunday to Thursday (10:00pm – 6:00am)

• Afternoons: Monday to Friday (2:00pm – 10:00pm)

• Mornings: Monday to Friday (6:00am – 2:00pm)

• Previous experience in a production or assembly environment is desirable
