With 16 years of experience within the recruitment sector, Fiona brings her extensive recruitment knowledge, coupled with a huge enthusiasm to develop our new Core Services Permanent division. She will be offering permanent recruitment solutions to not only our current clients, but to companies across the Three Counties who are finding recruiting in their sectors challenging. 

Fiona is excited to be supporting a wide range of sectors including agriculture and horticulture; living in the Gloucestershire region, it’s a mystery why these sectors are often overlooked by the usual high street recruiter. Fiona knows they are a huge part of the local economy and cares that they get a great service too! With a family history steeped in agriculture, she fully understands the demands and challenges faced by the industry. She also understands that whilst it’s not a sector our Professional Services team would generally work within, it’s still absolutely a profession, requiring a dedicated, skilled workforce.

Having worked at Area Manager level for a renowned hospitality recruiter before joining RE Recruitment, Fiona is well-versed in the demands of the Catering and Hospitality industries too. She is looking to use her detailed knowledge of the industry to understand individual client requirements and place suitable permanent hires at a senior level, where she can then seamlessly also offer volume temporary staff to them via another of the RE divisions.
