Our client, a growing and well-established property business based in Cheltenham, has an exciting new opportunity for a Legal Property Coordinator to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis due to continued business growth. The successful Legal Property Coordinator should have:- Previous experience within conveyancing, residential property or a legal support environment.
- A sound understanding of the residential property transaction process from instruction through to completion.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy and varied workload.
- Strong communication skills, building effective relationships with clients and external stakeholders.
- A proactive approach with excellent attention to detail and compliance awareness.
In this role, the Legal Property Coordinator will be responsible for:- Overseeing residential property transactions, ensuring each case progresses efficiently from sale agreed through to completion.
- Acting as the main point of contact between clients, solicitors, lenders and other third parties to keep transactions moving.
- Monitoring case progress, identifying potential delays and taking appropriate action to minimise disruption.
- Preparing and maintaining accurate documentation while ensuring all compliance procedures and internal records are up to date.
- Working closely with colleagues across the business to deliver a professional and seamless customer experience throughout the property journey.
Our client is offering the successful Legal Property Coordinator a basic salary in the region of £30,000, with realistic on-target earnings of £40,000 through an uncapped bonus structure.
